MOPAK is the FIRST and ONLY company in the Turkish Paper Industry that receives the Carbon Footprint on a voluntary basis and certifies that it is in the A class. CO2 emission amounts during the production of photocopy paper and notebook products of MOPAK were calculated in detail. In this calculation, all emission amounts during raw material production, transportation of the raw material to the factory and use of the raw material are taken into account. As a result of the calculations examined and verified by Carbon Footprint, the amount of CO2 emission per 1 ton of paper was obtained. Mopak continues to work in order to fall below the values obtained.
