Established in Kemalpaşa, İzmir in 1983, the MOPAK Paper-Cardboard Plant is a fully integrated enterprise with MANY facilities.  Paper production, paper processing, cogeneration, chemical and biological treatment plant, a printing division ARE SOME OF THEM. IT ALSO INCLUDES purchasing, finance, sales, controlling, export, R & D and graphical design departments.

MOPAK Paper-Cardboard Plant is built on a 70,000 m² open and a 34,000 m² closed area with 235 employees, produces 125 tons of photocopying paper, 55 tons of computer paper and 60 tons of notebook daily.

The paper machine with a gross width of 2.42 m., has an annual paper production capacity of 60,000 tons and a paper processing capacity of 100,000 tons.

Besides paper production, the plant converts paper into 600 paper products, copier paper, computer continuous form, notebook and self-copy paper.

All the energy required by the MOPAK Paper-Cardboard Plant is provided by a 4.8 megawatt/hour power and a 12-ton/hour steam cogeneration plant established on the site.

The quality control laboratory of the plant makes intensive efforts to improve products' quality and production technology in order to bring production capacity to a maximum level.

All phases of production at the plant are computerized and the production process is monitored by professional technical consultants who are committed to achieve "zero error in products."
