In all 3 factories, there are waste water recycling and refinement units.

The energy and steam need is sourced from in site cogeneration units. Air pollution is prevented by use of natural gas which is the cleanest fuel.

The ISO 14001:2000 Environment Management System Project, is continuing at Mopak and certification is planned to be accomplished by the end of 2007.

With the new investment on recycling, Mopak is building a network on collecting, decomposing and recycling of used papers; returning them back in the economy.
